DILG XI Regional Director Alex C. Roldan graces HUDYAKARIYAWAN 2023
On September 13, DILG XI Regional Director Alex C. Roldan joined the people of Monkayo in Davao de Oro in the celebration of the 69th Araw ng Monkayo and 28th Kariyawan Festival as he gave the keynote address during the much-awaited Hudyakariyawan 2023: Barangayanihan Grandshowcase of Festivals.
The aforementioned events honored the community’s illustrious history and thriving culture. The yearly festival featured a wide range of skills, cultural exhibits, mouthwatering food, a trade fair, beauty pageants, and much more.
