𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐆 𝐗𝐈 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 “𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐎𝐧𝐬𝐞”

Davao City, June 3, 2024 – The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region XI (DILG XI) has launched a new Knowledge Management platform, “Kapehan sa Onse,” aimed at improving information sharing among its officials and personnel. This initiative, which replaces the Quarterly Management Support Teams, takes effect in June 2024, as per the memorandum dated May 27, 2024.

The “Kapehan sa Onse” initiative is designed as a vital platform for the presentation, discussion, and dissemination of various Programs, Activities, and Projects (PAPs), policies, and guidelines of the Department and other National Government Agencies (NGAs). Furthermore, it provides a venue for sharing weekly accomplishments and proposed activities of different divisions, units, and sections within DILG XI.

Starting this month, every Monday, immediately following the Flag-Raising Ceremony, DILG XI officials and personnel will gather in the Conference Room to engage in these informative sessions. This regular gathering aims to foster a collaborative environment, enhance communication, and ensure that all members are up-to-date with the latest developments and directives.

The transition from the previous Monday Convocation to the “Kapehan sa Onse” underscores DILG XI’s commitment to continuous improvement and effective knowledge management. By institutionalizing these weekly gathering, DILG XI aims to enhance operational efficiency and promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
