The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) XI spearheaded by the Local Government Monitoring and Evaluation Division (LGMED) has successfully conducted the Learning Activity of the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ECLIP) Best Practice in Negros Occidental

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) XI spearheaded by the Local Government Monitoring and Evaluation Division (LGMED) has successfully conducted the Learning Activity of the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ECLIP) Best Practice in Negros Occidental on October 1, 2024. This activity was participated by the Regional ECLIP Team and HUC/Provincial Directors in coordination with the DILG Province of Negros Occidental.

The said activity highlighted the Association of Negros Producers (ANP) regarded as the Best Practice of ECLIP implementation in the Province of Negros Occidental. It involves the โ€œBalik-SALIG: A sustained skills and entrepreneurial interventionsโ€ Project. The said project has provided a livelihood opportunity for the FRs. Also, they have a well-established ANP hub/showroom that displays various local products and has remarkable gross sales. Indeed, their ECLIP Best Practice has envisioned the DILG XI to strive for sustainable programs and further enhance the ECLIP implementation in the region.
