The Basic Incident Command System (ICS) Training (Batch 1)
The Basic Incident Command System (ICS) Training for batch 1 of the DILG XI and Field Office personnel was successfully conducted on September 1-3, 2025, at the Apo View Hotel, Davao City.
Facilitated by OCD XI through its cadre of ICS resource speakers, the training equipped 24 DILG XI personnel with enhanced knowledge and skills on disaster preparedness and response. The activity was graced by Regional Director Abdullah V. Matalam and LGMED Division Chief Phillen C. Larrabaster, and concluded with inspiring closing messages from LGMED Assistant Division Chief Maria Ruby B. Batingal and Course Monitor PMaj (Ret) Arnold Absin.
Truly, this marks another step forward in strengthening DILG XIโs commitment to disaster resilience and effective incident management.
