The DILG XI – Regional Technical Working Group (RTWG) conducted an exit conference with the Kasilak Development Foundation, Inc. (KDFI) for the presentation of Final Output and Terminal Report for FY 2025 Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) of projects funded under FY 2023-2024 Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) on November 19, 2025 at The Apo View Hotel, Davao City.
In her opening remarks, Finance and Administrative Chief Gale Marie S. Gravdor emphasized the critical role of the KDFI’s contributions, stating, “Your valuable insights, dedication, and collaboration throughout the implementation of this initiative have significantly helped ensure transparency, accountability, and improved service delivery in our local government projects.”
Of the 60 target projects under the FY 2023-2024 Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP) and Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (FALGU), KDFI successfully monitored and evaluated 66 projects across the Davao Region, exceeding the target by 10%.
KDFI Executive Director Jobe C. Tubigon presented the findings from interviews and feedback gathered from project beneficiaries and relevant national government agencies. The KDFI also expressed appreciation, noting that the established trail of communication had been a significant help and a vital role in facilitating coordination and ensuring that all necessary information was properly relayed.
