DILG XI Hosts National EODB Assessment Workshop, Bags Top-Performing Regional Office Award

The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region XI successfully hosted the Workshop on Assessing the 2025 Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Program from November 25 to 27, 2025 at the The Royal Mandaya Hotel in Davao City.

The three-day activity gathered various personnel from DILG regional offices nationwide, serving as a venue to assess program implementation, share best practices, address operational challenges, and further strengthen the institutionalization of reforms under the Ease of Doing Business Program.

The workshop also reinforced the commitment of the DILG to promote greater efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness in local government services.

A major highlight of the activity was the recognition of DILG XI as the Top-Performing Regional Office in the implementation of the EODB Program, affirming the region’s consistent efforts in streamlining local government processes and advancing business-friendly governance.
