DILG XI and Kasilak Development Foundation Sign MOA for Third-Party Monitoring of LGSF Infrastructure Projects

The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region XI (DILG XI) and Kasilak Development Foundation, Inc. (KDFI) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the implementation of Third-Party Monitoring of Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) infrastructure projects on August 6, 2026, at the DILG XI Conference Room, Matina, Davao City.

“This partnership reflects our shared commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance. Through the Third-Party Monitoring Program, we ensure that government-funded infrastructure projects are independently assessed to determine whether they have been implemented according to standards and are delivering their intended benefits to our communities,” DILG XI Regional Director Abdullah V. Matalam said.

Through this partnership, the KDFI, led by Executive Director Mr. Jobe C. Tubigon, will provide credible assessments and constructive recommendations for the 50 completed projects under FY 2022-2025 LGSF.
