DILG Region XI Receives PRIME-HRM Bronze Award for Excellence in Human Resource Management
The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Regional Office XI received the Bronze Award from The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Region XI for attaining Maturity Level II of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) in government service during the culmination of the 122nd – year celebration of the of the Civil Service Commission in the country on September 30, 2022, at the Waterfront Insular Hotel, Davao City.
PRIME-HRM is a program of the CSC aimed to enhance of the four (4) core HRM Systems: (1) Recruitment, Selection, and Placement; (2) Performance Management; (3) Learning and Development; and (4) Rewards and Recognition. This is seen as a mechanism to strengthen government institutions and to develop their internal capabilities to meet the challenges in the field of public service.
DILG XI Regional Director Alex C. Roldan is thankful to the people behind the attainment of this award, most especially to Administrative Officer V/HRMO Rona Marie O. Mabini and Administrative Officer IV, Kristel Diane C. Tadtad and the late Elizabeth C. Basilio who focused on the aspect of Performance Management; LGOO V Christian A. Derecho who worked on the Recruitment, Selection and Placement; Administrative Aide VI Aimee Angelica T. Seleana on Rewards and Recognition; and LGOO III/HEA Armelyn A.
