Ceremonial Turn-Over of the SGLG-IF Project of Solar Street Lights in Monkayo, Davao de Oro

DILG XI Regional Director Alex C. Roldan on September 13 led the turnover ceremony of the Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLG-IF) Project of Solar Street Lights in Barangay Poblacion, Monkayo, Davao de Oro.

The SGLG-IF supports the implementation of RA No. 11292 and covers the financial subsidy to qualified LGUs under the Local Governance Performance Management Program.

The financial assistance will go towards local priority projects or reforms that, among other things, will make local government transactions more transparent and accountable, strengthen the LGUS’s disaster preparedness, guarantee the provision of high-quality healthcare services, and promote economic growth.
