DILG XI conducted an Orientation on the Basics of Gender and Development (GAD) to DILG XI GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) and Local Governance Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) Committee Members last May 23, 2024, at the DILG XI Conference Room Matina, Davao City.

The activity aimed to review the following:

1.) Gender Mainstreaming Evaluation Frame (GMEF) template;

2.) GAD Seal Assessment indicators; and

3.) GAD Plan and Budget;

Significantly, the meeting brought together the collective expertise of the GFPS and LGRRC Committee members, fostering a collaborative environment where the LGRRC operations manual was revisited.
