Turnover Ceremony of FY 2023 LGSF-SBDP Projects in Don Marcelino, Davao Occidental
DILG XI Regional Director Abdullah V. Matalam, together with the Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU) Staff, attended the turnover ceremonies of road and street lighting projects under FY 2023 Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP) on September 20, 2024 in the Municipality of Don Marcelino, Davao Occidental.
DILG Region XI – LGMED successfully concluded the CY 2024 Roll-out on Strengthening the Institutional Capacities of Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (SICAP-BADAC) for Barangays on September 3, 2024
The event gathered a total of 173 participants, including Punong Barangays, Sangguniang Barangay Members, Barangay Secretaries, and representatives from 74 drug-affected barangays in Davao City.
DILG XI had a Consultation meeting with the Project Team of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for the Comprehensive and Sustainable and Urban Development Master Plan for Metropolitan Davao
The project team of JICA discussed the Inception Report of the said project for Metropolitan Davao, and DILG XI, through LGCDD, discussed the capacity building activities, initiatives, plans, budget, LGU DTP Analytics, which gauges the absorptive capacity of LGUs, and Capacity Development Analytics, which recognizes the much-needed capacity development interventions of LGUs, in view of the project’s Human Resource Development Plan, a significant component of the Metro Davao Master Plan.
