The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region XI (DILG XI) has launched a new Knowledge Management platform, “Kapehan sa Onse,” aimed at improving information sharing among its officials and personnel. This initiative, which replaces the Quarterly Management Support Teams, takes effect in June 2024, as per the memorandum dated May 27, 2024.

The DILG XI, through the Project Development and Management Unit, conducted the Blended Seminar-Workshop on Geographic Information System: using QGIS on May 21-24, 2023 at The Grand Men Seng Hotel, Davao City.

DILG XI conducted an Orientation on the Basics of Gender and Development (GAD) to DILG XI GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) and Local Governance Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) Committee Members last May 23, 2024, at the DILG XI Conference Room Matina, Davao City

DILG XI has been recognized as one of the outstanding agencies by the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) during the AAO and ERF Handlers Re-Orientation held on May 23, 2024, at the Davao City Recreation Center on Quezon Boulevard, Davao City.

The Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentive Awards (LTIA) is an avenue of granting economic and other incentives to the Lupong Tagapamayapa (LT) for their outstanding contributions to attain the objectives of the Katarungang Pambarangay (KP).

As part of the continuing effort of this Department, the DILG XI- Local Government Monitoring and Evaluation Division (LGMED) initiated the conduct of orientation to the HUC/Provincial Focal Persons and Cluster Heads to ensure awareness and prepare relevant documents on the conduct of CY 2024 Peace and Order Councils and Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (ADACs) through the conduct of POC and ADAC Performance Audit.
